Common Issues
Bot not responding to messages
Section titled “Bot not responding to messages”- Make sure the integration is active in settings
- Check that the API token has not expired
- Restart the integration by disconnecting and reconnecting the channel
Messages not showing in CRM
Section titled “Messages not showing in CRM”- Check your internet connection
- Make sure you are logged in to the app
- Try refreshing the page or restarting the app
Error when connecting a channel
Section titled “Error when connecting a channel”- Verify that the entered data is correct (token, group ID)
- Make sure you have administrator rights for the channel
- Try creating a new token and reconnecting
