Common Issues

  1. Make sure the integration is active in settings
  2. Check that the API token has not expired
  3. Restart the integration by disconnecting and reconnecting the channel

  3. Try refreshing the page or restarting the app
  1. Verify that the entered data is correct (token, group ID)
  2. Make sure you have administrator rights for the channel
  3. Try creating a new token and reconnecting
