Use Withdrawals to request payout of earned funds when the feature is available for your account.

Withdrawals overview

Before requesting a withdrawal

Check that your balance is available for payout and that your personal/payment details are filled in correctly.

Request payout

  1. Open Withdrawals.
  2. Review available balance.
  3. Choose the payout method or details.
  4. Enter the amount if requested.
  5. Submit the request and wait for confirmation.

If payout is not available

Check plan requirements and personal information first. If you still cannot request payout, contact Care service.
