Main Features
O-Key combines a personal CRM with AI-assisted communication tools. The product is built for people and teams who manage client relationships across messengers, social networks, meetings, and public links.
CRM workspace
Section titled “CRM workspace”Use O-Key as the system of record for contacts, client cards, tasks, notes, tags, reminders, and deal activity. Contact lists support filtering and search, while each client card keeps the relationship context in one place.
AI assistants
Section titled “AI assistants”AI assistants help with everyday CRM work: answering client messages, preparing replies, working with contact context, creating follow-up tasks, and helping with meeting or event workflows. The standalone AI Agent can operate across supported O-Key features when the connected account and channel permissions allow it.
Connected communication channels
Section titled “Connected communication channels”O-Key brings incoming conversations into one CRM workspace. Supported channel families include Telegram bots, VK chats, WhatsApp sessions, and public web chat from business cards. Connected channels can store conversation history, create client context, and route replies through the configured assistant or operator flow.
Bots and automated replies
Section titled “Bots and automated replies”Create bots for client communication, connect them to channels, and configure instructions, greetings, knowledge context, and handoff behavior. Bots can answer common questions, collect leads, and keep conversation history available in the CRM.
Meeting transcription
Section titled “Meeting transcription”O-Key can create transcription jobs for Zoom, Google Meet, and direct media links where the feature is enabled. Completed transcripts and summaries can be used for follow-up tasks, events, and CRM notes.
Public cards and events
Section titled “Public cards and events”Share public business cards and event links without requiring visitors to sign in. Cards can collect contact requests and open public chat; event pages can show event details and collect responses.
Integrations and API
Section titled “Integrations and API”Use integrations to connect messengers and social channels, and use the API surface for supported business-process automation. The public API reference is still being expanded, so start with the existing integration guides and contact support for production API access.
Status and reliability
Section titled “Status and reliability”O-Key publishes public service status for core surfaces such as the API, AI assistants, bots, web CRM, cards, events, WhatsApp Gateway, Live Capture, and VK CRM Chats.
