The Personal information section stores profile details and integration-related contact information.

Personal information overview

  • name and profile details;
  • contact channels;
  • social links or public information;
  • integration settings when they are available.

Profile details

  1. Open Personal information.
  2. Fill in or update the required fields.
  3. Check that phone, email, and links are correct.
  4. Save changes.

Only add information that you are ready to use in O-Key workflows or partner/client communications.
